Background

One World Consulting, LLC is a consulting firm that has provided services to public schools, non-profits, and higher education institutions for over a decade. One World Consulting, LLC has focused years of research supporting school leaders to create inclusive and belonging cultures for students, staff, faculty, families, and the larger academic and economic community. 

 One World Consultants have experience in K12 and higher education and have made substantive research contributions and professional development for learning communities focused on closing the gap between research and practice for minoritized students. In partnership with school systems, consultants have delivered research supports that have refined current practices and cooperatively built unique systems of innovative delivery that support learning and growth for all stakeholders. In 2019, One World Consulting, LLC created an ADD Equity framework to support schools in realizing sustainable changes for school communities. Using the ADD Equity Framework, One World Consulting, LLC has collaborated with districts to support a participatory equity assessment that engages the community, creates a shared understanding of the district's needs, and collectively creates solutions tailored for unique communities.

 One World Consulting, LLC has embraced working with policymakers, school board members, faculty, researchers, and K12 partners to support the learning and development of entities serving urban, suburban, and rural school systems.
