One World Consulting specializes in participatory equity assessments (PEA). PEA is a unique service that furthers the notion of a traditional equity audit. Our core philosophy is that equity is a process and we want to partner with schools to effectively assess their data through an equity lens for more improved reforms. However, schools are not insulated from the greater community, so to build sustainability, we partner with leaders to leverage the strength of the community so equity-based reform becomes continuous and institutionalized. Therefore, One World, will train district leaders on every aspect of the PEA and collaboratively support and coach to ensure success.
